Hey everyone! I hope you all are doing well and staying safe! I know this is a crazy and uncertain time for everyone, but please know that I am here for you if you need anything! I have a 'contact me' page on here that you can reach out or email me anytime!
I love you all and miss you guys so much! I am going to be posting our weekly activities on this page so you can click the tab that says 'E-Learning' at the top of this page to find your Personal Fitness resources for each week.
I never want to overload you but as we have talked about before in class, being physically active is incredibly important for both your physical and emotional health. If you have any suggestions or questions for me, please reach out. I hope to see you all very soon. We may also try to do a Zoom workout together soon so I can see many of your faces!
What is Personal Fitness?
Welcome to our CCHS Personal Fitness page! The main focus of this course is to help students achieve their fitness goals, while introducing them to a variety of activities that they can continue beyond their high school careers. On this page, students enrolled in this class can find monthly forums for workouts here.
During each month, a new workout challenge will be posted for students to do on their own time. The goal of these workout forums are to help each other achieve their fitness goals and motivate each other to continue when it gets rough (let's face it... it's easier to workout in a group than by ourselves!)
We hope you enjoy your time in this course and look forward to helping you achieve your goals in 2019-20!
