E- Learning
Welcome to the CCHS Personal Fitness E-Learning Page. This is where we will be adding learning content for the next few weeks. I will also be adding different workout videos (see workout video page above), Zoom meetings, surveys, etc. so try to check in once a day, if you are able! I will be adding some Zumba videos that I have created as well! If you have Facebook, I have also created a Mrs. Emrick's Personal Fitness page that you can do the workouts live alongside me! Week 1 (March 29-April 3)
This week we will begin our personalized workouts at home. We started this before we left for Spring Break, but unfortunately did not get to finish. This is a time to put into practice what you have learned this past semester. How do we continue to workout and maintain our physical fitness when we don't have someone telling us what to do each day? You will create your two-month workout plan and write it down on the calendars provided below. Attached below are more specific step by step directions for the individual workout plan.
